These professionals work collaboratively with client security management to ensure day-to-day operational excellence in duties, procedures, and efficiency.  Our management team is available 24 hours 7 days a week.  Security Supervisors make scheduled and unscheduled post inspection to ensure our officers deliver the highest service to our clients.

Security Officers

Imperial Security prefers to hire experienced security professionals with either law enforcement or military backgrounds.  Those without such background must possess at least a college degree with three consecutive years of employment in the private security sector.

All of our officers undergo a thorough background and screening process before they receive offers for employment. Complete background checks are performed and each candidate must complete a series of exams and interviews prior to their assignments.

24 Hour Central Dispatch

Our Central Dispatch is equipped with state of the art communication that allows complete coverage of the tri-county. Each officer is assigned to a two-way radio while on duty. During the evening and midnight shifts, Dispatch officers conduct safety checks at random intervals to ensure operational continuity and safety. If contact is not made, a road supervisor will respond to the location.
